Q : I experience major audio breakups or sometimes the game doesn't produce any sound at all.

A :

Occasionally, your Xbox console could fail to read and load certain types of DVD media which vary by makers. Whenever any audio problem occurs, you may want to test it with other console box available and check whether or not your game disc has been damaged in any level. Also, you may try to clean both the game disc and DVD-Rom with an appropriate lens cleaner, then re-insert it to your Xbox console and load the game. If the game still has audio problems, please contact Technical Support for further solution.

Q : The game hard locks whenever I attempt to play it with my wireless Xbox controller.


A :	As you may have experienced this with other games, sometimes specific types of unofficial Xbox controllers have different signal setting values comparing to the official Xbox controller(the one comes with the box.). To avoid this problem, please use the official Xbox Controller when playing KUFTC.

Q : Is it true the game may not work properly when playing from a modified Xbox console?


A :	Yes. First of all, you should be aware that any modification of Xbox console is considered as an illegal act and not expect the game to run properly. We're sorry to say this but if you happen to have your console modified and the game is not running well from it, you are pretty much on your own.

Q : My troops don't fall into Action Mode when they are engaged with enemies.

A :

It's possible (most unlikely though) that when you manually press BACK button to bring on the mini-map, the troops shall consider themselves still in Tactical Mode and doesn't roll into Action Mode even after encountering with enemies. When this happens, drag your troops away from the enemies and recharge them back. Or sometimes switching from one troop to another by pressing trigger buttons might give them a wake up call to fight again.

Q : While a cut-scene is running and I try to skip it by pressing Start Button, the game doesn't continue.


A :	Whenever your troop is placed near any obstacles or you set waypoints of troops on un-selectable area on the map, it could bring a slight conflict to the game can cause a breakup of running events. When this happens, simply press B Button to cancel the waypoints and re-set them on safe area on the map.

Q : I get this "File Corrupted" error message after my Live session was cut off and try to re-enter Live from the
game menu.

A :

This hasn't been confirmed or reproduced by our end, but there is a possibility this causes by compatible issue between certain Xbox consoles and certain DVD medias. First, please clean your DVD-Rom using an appropriate lens cleaner and try to re-load the game. If the game still prompts such message, please contact us via Technical Support for further solution, It is highly recommended to back up your Live Account data file to MU at all occasions. And turning off your Xbox console during the state of saving anything to your Live data file could arise this problem as well.
