Following list is the round up of most frequently asked questions from the current Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders (KUFTC hereinafter) users. If your trouble or inquiry about the game isn't guided here, please contact our Customer Support for further support

Q : Sometimes I lose the game state or receives a warning message saying "Bad Connection" during a Live match.


A :	If your Xbox console is hooked by a hub and your PC is transferring any packets online, it could bring chained impact to your Live match causing slow down or sometimes connection lost at worst. Or you can experience this when excessive number of Live users are logged in to the game server. If this problem occurs in normal condition, please contact us via Technical Support for further solution.

Q : I can join a already created match, but can't create one of my own.


A :	This is only temporary problem that could happen when excessive number of Live users are in the game server. Please re-login to Live and try to create a match.

Q : I can’t find my saved character when attempting to launch him or her in other Xbox console.


A :	Whenever you save your Live Account to MU, also please copy your Live data file from Dashboard of your Xbox console.

Q : Can I take my customized hero character the Single Game to the Live Game and rule the world?


A :	In Live, you will be required to create a new hero character. Unlike the single play game, you will have free selection among 4 hero characters and also be granted with 1000 experience points to customize/level up your troops before starting a match for the first time.

Q : Any penalty (or prize) when I lose a match from Live Game?


A :	Regardless of win or loss, you will receive bonus experience points respect to number of enemies you killed during battle. Surely there are even higher bonus points to a winner.

Q :It’s hard to compete against other users with higher level.


A :	Please try to find your match using Optimatch from the Live Menu. Optimatch will automatically search and hunt for someone close to your level and allow you fight in fair condition.

Q : I don’t see anyone online and playing KUFTC in the Lobby.


A :	Unfortunately, KUFTC doesn’t list down all the games already in match. If you don’t see any open session you can join, simply create your own session then wait ‘till the arrival of your opponent.
